I can’t access my account

I can’t access my account, i get the message “You reached limit for connection. Please logout from one of your devices” .

You can only use an account with one device at a time. To use your account on a new device you will have to logout from your first device.

To do so, go to Account and select Logout (power icon on iOS devices) .
