I can’t access my account
I can’t access my account, i get the message «You reached limit for connection. Please logout from one of your devices» .
You can only use an account with one device at a time. To use your account on a new device you will have to logout from your first device.
To do so, go to Account and select Logout (power icon on iOS devices) .
In case you still having trouble to access your account please send email to email@example.com with your account details.
